Semuliki National Park - The 221 Sq.Km Park is gifted with unique geographical barriers that have formed a natural haven for wildlife which no doubt makes Semuliki a perfect tourist destination. The edge of the western rift valley plunges into Lake Albert where the savannah is crisscrossed by shinning river valleys and escarpments.

Fact-File

The Park harbours many mammals ranging from widespread forest dwellers such as Elephants and Chimps.Situated within the Semuliki Valley is the Sempaya Hot Springs. The Park protects an extension of the Congo's vast Ituri rain forest and is of particular interest to birders with 40 essentially Congolese species found nowhere else in Uganda.
